I have recently opened a blog to keep myself busy. However, there's a problem: I do not know what to write, considering I have very few interests.

Do you guys have any suggestions on what could I write? At least to start off?

what about writing about your MI journey.

how it's been going, how you got to here, and what you've learned from it.

it's a start..
Thanks for this!

Don't really have a mental illness, though. Or at the very least, I've never been properly diagnosed with it (yet).
However, I could be talking about my personal struggles: my anxiety, my poor social skills, my low sefl-esteem... I think that could work too. What do you guys think?

A day in the life of, I'm not sure it could work... very little happens in my life, I don't think it's interesting for anyone to read. I, myself, would get bored to write it. Unless we're talking about personal issues, like I said above.

This is what I do. I've been blogging for almost a year now. Have a LOT of MH-related posts now. I blog about all sorts, but typically general life stuff, like life issues, love, rants, MH, that kinda thang.

that's pretty cool... how is that going for you?

if you want to share the link here and perhaps gain some followers, that works too

What to write about...? Do you read blogs? What are the ones that engage your interest? What are the ones you pass right on by? What would you like to learn more about? What do you already know that you think others should know?

Whatever you choose to write about try to do so positively. It prevents the tendency to ruminate.

No, I do not read other blogs, at least not regularly.

Anyway, I started to follow your suggestions and I'm writing about me and my therapy. This is only a start, if you have other suggestions go ahead. And thank you

I'd prefer not to provide a searchable link attached to this place, plus I'm not sure if that'd be allowed, since it's usually classed as advetising.

It's a slow process... had some high moments (kinda) but they were short lived. I can't keep up with crazy blog entries all the time. Most I've had is 50 followers. Better than nothing I guess. I do find it comforting though; therapeutic. I'd love to get in some more readers, but with my efforts to stay anonymous and keep things separate, it's hard to share, but I have a couple of ways.

If you use something like Wordpress, you can use its "Reader" feature with which you can find other bloggers and of course their blogs. Or, the simple way, just google something like "blog" and add your interest, for example: "computer blog" or "gardening blog" and so on.
