I am thinking about taking a ball room dancing class. Has anyone else done this. Is it hard to learn. I think it looks like fun. Do you have to have a partner or will they give you one.

Sounds awesome! I haven't done it, but a friend of mine does and I was interested in awhile. She told me to come with non-skid (leather soled I thinK?) shoes and she also said they'd match me with a partner. You should give it a shot! It'll be great!

I loved it. Took it in college and they did give you a partner there and you rotate so you learn more by having different partners. I also went to a ballroom camp at BYU - they have a great program there and win international awards. They usually have some top award winning couples teaching a few classes too. It was fun. Not really hard either. Go for it. I'm sure you'll enjoy yourself.
