I'd go to the future ...

For no other reason than I want to see if I have continued job stability and am able to continue supporting myself.

I'd like to go to the past to 50s-60s. Always liked these costumes, music, cars, atmosphere. Great time

I would go back to the past, to the day I received the big cheque. I would tell myself that I wasn't well. I would tell myself to check into the hospital and put the money in some sort of trust.

Guess it's depend on the purpose.

I prefer going back to the past for both life and adventure reasons - life, to advise my past self obviously while for adventure, I just want to experience historic events from before, maybe bringing on a camera or two to capture in HD.

I would go to the past and change a few things I did at the time.

Past.

If you could time travel - would you go to the past or the future?

Neither. If I went to the past I'd probably want to "improve it" and accidentally delete an entire timeline, and if I went to the future I'd get depressed if it wasn't significantly better than the present. Somebody else will have to step into the TARDIS and fight Daleks. Sorry about that.

I am something of a history buff so I would travel to the past but there are just
so many time periods I would love to check out that I couldn't pick just one.

Past ... There are things that " I could / might have stopped"

Changing my past would have certainly changed my future , maybe not huge stuff but not gave the csa and trauma would have made a difference.

Ah...that reminds me of a certain anime. But yeah, think I'd agree with you on that - perhaps some things better left untouched.

I came up with that earth would be controled by robots- we'd live on the moon, and we'd be emortal

The past, so I could invest in Microsoft when it was still being run out of a garage. And then I would start filing patents on all sorts of things that didn't exist back then but I would know were soon to be invented.

Yes it's greedy and materialistic but I can't ever see myself living an excessive lifestyle, would be great to have enough money set aside that I could live comfortably for the rest of my life and use the rest to help my mental health by doing good things for other.

I made some mistakes in the past that keep haunting me, so, I would choose the past to avoid making them.

I always think about the ancient past but I think it would be far more interesting to go to a fairly distant future.

At first, I was going to say the past, but now that I think about it, I'd much rather just shoot ahead 4 years. Ya'll know where I'm going with this.
