If you could time travel - would you go to the past or the future?

I would go into the past .I'd travel to the time of Sigmund Freud. I'd tell him I'm not in any way envious of his manhood

To the past. I would like to visit the time when my parents were dating as teenagers because they were in love and actually enjoyed being together back then. They had a troubled, unhappy marriage and I really don't ever recall them ever getting along.
That would be precious to me.

Obviously I would go to the past.

Years ago I would have said the future, but now that the future is here I want to go back to the past.

The past...straight back to 1985. Just because I adore the culture of the 1980's.

I would go to the past when my mom was alive and healthy

I think only the fearless would choose the future. Or the ones with no regrets. I don't want to go either forward or backward. For I have both fear and regrets.

I would go back to the 1950s when my parents met and ask them not to leave Hungary but to stay at home. And to tell my grandfather that maybe he should look more closely at his son in law and take care of my mother. I'd tell my mother to marry the flautist and not worry about music school. To have more children. To my father to stay with his family. Just not the life they had.......

But maybe there's a purpose to it all?

I'd go to the future and see how my daughter was faring.

Providing I would be going back knowing what I know now, I would go back and do almost everything over again.

I've ust realized I should go back and meet my grandmother if I could.

Past, need to go back and yell at someone for abusing me to get closure.
