so i took notice that the voicethoughts like to mention a lot their moment and in this case e the female voicethoughts was always disgusted by her moment by something i did. in some cases the word could be changed to mean that she wants to discuss the matter, i was wondering does anybody have the same problem?

panda? I too don't understand.

Are you seeing a professinal about this?

I'm not sure what the extent of these voices are taking. I think we all to a certain extent have a voice - a voice of our questioning consciousness - but I am getting the picture your voices go beyond that. If this is the case, please see your psychiatrist about this.
