So I was listing and selling some old PS2 games I had laying around and when I got to putting them in the box to ship them off, I noticed that one game was missing from it's case. I can't find it anywhere!! What do I do?

I don't know exactly but the main thing is don't get too upset. I'm sure things can be set right. You should probably, without too much hesitation, contact the buyer and explain. People are generally forgiving. I don't know much about Ebay but you could maybe contact them as well and explain so you don't have your rating affected. Just don't let this ruin your peace of mind. Some-one with knowledge on this will probably wake up soon and give you the proper advice that I can't. I wish I could though.

Had you taken a photo of the whole set? Was the game there when you listed the item? Did you say in the listing the game was included?

I'd contact the buyer and explain you can't find that one game and tell them if they want to cancel the sale that's ok, or if they want a price reduction you'll send them what you do have.

I hope you find it.

Even if they give you a bad review over it, you can explain that it was an honest mistake and you tried to make it right.

So, I contacted the buyer and they were still interested in the lot of games, and accepted a partial refund. They seemed pleased with my service, actually.
