A man and his wife were having an argument about who should brew the coffee each morning.

The wife said, "You should do it, because you get up first, and then we don't have to wait as long to get our coffee."

The husband said, "You are in charge of the cooking around here so you should do it, because that is your job, and I can just wait for my coffee."Wife replies, "No, you should do it, and besides it says in the Bible that the man should do the coffee."

Husband replies, "I can't believe that! Show me."

So she fetched the Bible, and opened the New Testament and showed him at the top of several pages, that it indeed says, "HEBREWS."

That is truly bad, MBK2 :-) kind of like the Italian Book of the Bible, the last Book in the Old Testament, Ma-la-chi?

We had a new, young student in our college group who had been Catholic and hadn't read the Bible for herself and we use to pull all sorts of stunts like that telling her things were in the Bible like, "thou shalt not flirt" :-) And my roommate who didn't like waking up in the morning found an actual verse in Proverbs about not making a loud noise in the morning or something, she use to quote that quite often at me and her boyfriend.

My hubby must have read that, because every morning, with very few exceptions, my coffee is waiting for me when I get up. Who Should Make the Coffee
