Hate that feeling...maybe you good go outside for a walk or just walk around in yard to wear off some of the anxiety?
Hope you feel better soon!

Oh dear (((((((((((((((ZEN))))))))))))))))

I hate when that happens too much coffee......HELP! Snowy has a great idea to go walk it off. Also, drink lots of water...flush your system. Maybe replace some of the B6 vitamin that caffeine depletes.

Exercise will help release the good endorphines in your brain. I hope you are feeling better soon!

Hugssssss
