Taking care of myself, doing what I need to do. Respecting my boundaries. The song "Drain You," by Horse Feathers. Illustration and art.

I am immensely grateful because, after six weeks with the problem mechanic, I finally have my car back!

My orphan kitten. He gives me focus. Before he came to me I was drifting like fog...

I'm grateful that my husband has a MRI appointment, and we know where the clinic is located. Makes it a lot easier to drive home because I can use back roads.

This place. And my partner, she's always right where I need her to be when I need her whether that's emotionally or any other way. I'm very fortunate.

Today was a great day. Also I'm proud of myself, I went to the bookstore and didn't buy anything.

I am grateful that I didn't hurt myself badly when I came off my bike today and was not in traffic. I am also grateful for the stern words from a fellow cyclist about my not wearing a helmet - I will take heed and always wear a helmet from now on.

I'm grateful for being brave. I finally unfriended someone on Facebook. I wanted to for a while. But was scared. Finally just blocked her. It feels good.
