Today, Saturday, March 23, 2019, I am grateful for two things. First for being able to do easy, gradual exercises with my limited mobility. Second, I reduced my sleep aids even more and got to sleep last night easily. WooHUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!! LOL
