I'm grateful that it's cool enough and dry enough to open the windows and turn off the A/C.

I LOVE evenings like this.

Yeah. It's very stuffy in my house too. It's still very humid outdoors, so I needed to cool off with a nice cold, sweet treat. You don't need a jacket on some warmer days. Yesterday, it was roasting hot outside. I missed the ice-cream van at Holyrood Park.

I'm grateful I have lemonade, because the summer heat makes me feel sleepy.

I'm glad we got new meds and food from Costco, including frozen fruit so I can make breakfast smoothies again.
I'm glad my sunflowers are out and looking so pretty.

I read an awesome article on Tiny Buddha that cheered me up.
I took some steps toward my goal today, by sending out some emails.
I took a drive in the country. It was soothing and fun.

The article I read: https://tinybuddha.com/blog/our-word...bout-yourself/

Almost every day someone from work will go out of their way to do something nice for me. I don't ask, they just do it! Am I lucky or what!!!? Much gratitude.
