Zodiac Signs ~ are our personalities designed by the stars?

Leos are one of my favorites! I get along with them very well.
Positive Traits

Kind and big-hearted

The Lions are always admired for their kindness and helpful nature. Big-hearted that they are, the Leo graciously shower love and affection on people.

Energetic

Since they are ruled by Sun, the source of infinite energy, the Leo are energetic individuals, and spread the positive vibes around.

Optimistic

Ones to see the glass half-full, the Leo don't get easily disheartened by disappointments and setbacks. They will always try to come on tops.

Straightforward

People born under the Zodiac Sign Leo are quite frank about what they want to say. Mincing words is not their thing.

Loyal

While they demand loyalty from the people associated with them, the Leo themselves are also loyal and trustworthy individuals.

Look up Numerology charts/Numerology numbers and see if you can find how you do your own chart. It's a relatively easy exercise that you can do for free online.

With the Myers Briggs Personality Test, I am ENFP. Then years later, I changed to ENFJ. I found that interesting, too. I fit both, and wonder what I would be now.

From talking to you, I would assume that you are more towards an ENFP because you seem like the type of person that is highly empathetic and likes to help people.

As for me, while I am still primarily an INTJ, I also do identify with some of the ENTJ traits as well. I would say that I'm some type of weird hybrid mutation between the two.

I even retook the test from the link Krow sent last night and I got INTJ but only 63% introvert.

Thanks. This is true -- I used to want to be a therapist and tried twice even to complete a graduate school degree, but left both schools. :/ I am not built for it, but still have the desire to help people.

I think often we can be a hyrbid of the personalities (Myers Briggs). We are complex. We can also change as we grow older, according to the different test results I received. I think I am more extrovert than I was when I was younger and perhaps am more discerning than I used to be.

That is why there has been a lot of people questioning the credibility of the Meyers-Briggs personality test as of late. Human beings are too complex to place in a single category.

While I think that the percentages that are included on many Meyers-Briggs personality tests go a way to rectify this flaw, I still don't consider the personality test as being 100% absolute. If anything, both the Meyers-Briggs test and the Zodiac signs make for good guidelines as to one's personality traits and both are fun and interesting in their own right.

Neither the Zodiac signs nor the Meyers-Briggs test can tell you everything about a person though.

I will say though that learning about the traits of a Leo and how I seem to have many of them as well as the fact that I am an INTJ but lean more towards being an ambivert and possess some ENTJ traits has been enlightening for me

You make some great points. They may not be 100% absolute, but they can be freakishly very close to accurate. At the very least, they can help us to better understand ourselves, as each Zodiac differs from the rest, as well as the Myers Briggs personalities.

The important thing to remember is that our sun sign is only one aspect of our astrological chart. We have our moon sign, rising/ascendant, and all the planets and houses to consider.

Mine says peacemaker, harmony & balance. This is SO true for me. I hate conflict, I need peace in all my relationships, and whenever I feel out of whack, I have to reset and re-balance.

Philosopher, exploration, healing, I guess I can settle with that.

Im not much into classic astrology but rather see the stars and planets as another pattern creating maps.
