Yesterday at the grocery store Grandma got me a little pumpkin and I carved it today. What fun!! I'll roast the seeds tomorrow yummmmm!!!!

Awwww! I love it. The eyes look like they were really hard to do! How exactly do you roast the seeds? Do you just put them on a tray in the oven?

It takes a lot of patience to carve these things. I don't know how people do those extravagant ones!!

I couldn't remember how my mom roasted them so I looked it up online. The recipe I picked had you coat the seeds in melted butter and salt. The time it called to bake them though was too long so they got a bit crispy. I didn't even cook them the whole time. I think its becaue I got a small pumpkin. They're still good though!
