I know there has to be a good chance that there is a coder in this forum.
If there's not, has anybody thought someone else to create an Android app for this? It doesn't have to be on the Google Play store for you to download it, you'd just have to upload it to a website that offers free uploads where we can download it and make it mobile. It wouldn't be usable on IPhones sadly because they won't accept almost anything anything that's no Apple related, especially if you try to download it from a website; but I think it's still a good idea for Android users  .

My ignorance is showing. What would be the reason for an app? I come here on my phone after saving the address to my home screen.

Just an easier way to do I guess. It's sort of a hassle trying to work your way through a webpage that wasn't made to work with phones in mind to get to where you would want to go than to easily scroll through a list of folders, threads and posts. Not that it doesn't work, I just think it would would be more convenient.

Many people on this site use older computers and do not have cell phones. There’s members on here that would be left behind if that happened

Nobody has to change anything about the site. I just feel it would be easier to use if you're stuck in an uncomfortable position and unable to leave (like a family dinner party or something at ones house) where you can't leave and need to talk to someone about it. It's not a big deal, I just thought that it be useful, but if nobody sees too much use in it than there's not much more point in talking about it I guess. I'd make it myself, but I failed C++ and I doubt I'm going back to school for coding again lol

I navigate the site on my android phone as follows:
First i hit "my profile" to get the list of threads i subscribe to that have new responses. After i read each of those. I hit "new posts". One tip i have is to go INTO my profile, edit options, and choose / exclude the forums i want to see on my lists. Be sure to hit the save button at the bottom before exiting. And thus i am in and out quite efficiently. |

 I'm really confused. MSF looks the same on my phone as it does on my laptop. I navigate both the same way.

Having ideas is good. I like that admin here is open to suggestions from members.

Don't worry about it. It was just an idea that I had. Honestly I've never looked at the website on my phone, only from my person computer. I just figured a GUI (Graphical User Interface) would be much more user friendly on the phone than using the website as it is. Many websites aren't as accessible on the phone so there are a lot of hoops to jump through.
Seeing as this website was likely made with just HTML and Javascript, it likely wouldn't interfere with the phones access. Nonetheless, an app would be useful if one were so inclined to make it. That's really it though.

I've downloaded the app, but for some reason can sign up or in with my Google nor Facebook creds. As I said before. If there's something like that already out there, than there's really no reason to continue this discussion.

Doesn't matter anyway. I tried this a while ago so I could be misremembering, but if that wasn't the case then I tried to make a profile and it wasn't letting me. That's moot though, I don't care about that - I know now that there's a program like the one I suggested so the point is moot. This whole thread should've ended earlier.
