Emotional trauma is a big hurdle to overcome. But rejection is something you can learn to cope with and how to deal with. Talk to your T in your next session about learning to cope with rejection. I like seesaw's comment. I agree. Rejection sensitivity can feel like trauma to some people, even though it might not be. I strongly suggest that you bring this topic up with your therapist.
