Can you talk animatedly about bands you love and the music? If you can show how much you like the music and how wide your knowledge is of that and speak well/knowingly, etc. that might help. Show the love :-) Be a little excited about working there and explain why you want the job, etc.

It's always good to share some of the knowledge you have about them. Someone who has investigated or really knows about the place they want to work for is usually kicked to the top of the list. advice question Speak clearly, make full sentences, pause before you speak... good wishes!! advice question

Rainbow, Kandi physically lives near the corporate headquarters in California and/or some of their stores:

Thanks Perna for the link.

Kandi, I would show your enthusiasm for the position. Let any natural knowingness about the music and the bands shine through and show them that you are really excited to be working for them.
