Have you ever been a slave to THE LIST?

You know. That list of everything you want, need to accomplish. So
motivated. Filled with hope. THIS time you would do it. This time you would finish every task and not allow depression or fatigue to snatch victory away. That's how it usually is for me, anyway.

But I think I've finally figured out how to beat it. Instead of writing it down before; why not write it down AFTER? And why not allow it to serve several purposes? Like what time I took my meds. How many hours I slept and what time I ate and what I ate. These are things I
forget but really need to remember. (Did I take my meds???)
And then write down everything I did, sometimes by the job and
sometimes by the time.
30 minutes in the kitchen, for example. (I use the kitchen timer method.)
At the end of the day, at the bottom of my list, I write down three things I am grateful for. So I call it my accomplishment/gratitude book.
Been doing it for a week now and it's working out well. (Wanted to test drive it before putting it up.)
If you decide to try it out maybe you can let us know.
Lookin at a list already finished is a real nice way to end the day!
