2/10. I had a cup of Stouffers Mac and cheese. It wasn’t that great.

9/10 homemade Sloppy Joes made with tempeh (vegan), whole grain buns, and a spinach salad. Steamed broccoli. Some very good wine - a Spanish Roja.

7/10. I had baked chicken done in the oven. It was pretty good. I had enough calories left over for a Jell-O strawberry cheesecake snack cup too.

8/10. I had leftover Red Lobster. Coconut shrimp, grilled shrimp, and sirloin steak. It was all very good heated up. I purposelly ate the fries, lobster tail, and rice at the restaurant since I knew they wouldn’t heat up very well.

9/10 Homemade black bean and corn chili. The meat turned out really juicy. Only thing was the liquid boiled off and I had to add more. Still, it was very good.

10/10. Went out to eat. I finally had Cesar salad and I wasn’t freaked out by it.

7/10. Turkey was ok. Mashed potatoes were good. Broccoli was really good. I just wasn’t too hungry today.

2/10. I had a shrimp and angel hair pasta lean cuisine. They changed the formula on this one and now it’s just too much food. And way too much sauce. It was kind of gross.
