Even being sedated by medication I have not slept the best. I have discovered a great tea that zonks me out but so much so I am a little scared of not waking up in an emergency.
I have tried the usual recommendations including not being around any electronics for a minimum of one hour before sleep and keeping them and the tv out of the bedroom. Still, I would wake up exhausted and stiff.
Well I made a discovery... I changed pillows last night for a new fangled hi-tech one and had probably the best sleep in memory.
