Once a day before bed. I hate brushing them after I wake up because I usually eat within half an hour of waking up anyways, and I'm too lazy to do it after breakfast.

Me too. I’m glad I’m not the only one. I get in a lot of trouble for only doing it once a day.

Twice a day most days, but if I'm sleepy and take a nap in the middle of the day, I get that yucky morning breath taste in my mouth and will brush again. I usually brush after drinking morning coffee, so I don't have coffee breath during my morning run, but it's just a quick brush, enough to get the taste of coffee out of my mouth.

I brush my teeth twice a day. I also rinse my mouth very thoroughly after eating or drinking anything except water.
Thanks for this!

Usually twice a day unless i'm feeling really tired or lazy. Don't rinse with water. I rinse with a little mothwash. Hehe. typo. Can't stand those moths.. Also if i'm too tired or lazy before going to bed I eat a little bit of cheese. Don't know if that's good. I read somewhere that it helps.

I heard cheese before bed gives you bad dreams.

but then again that was from a 1960's comedy series.

hardly a trusted source. lol

As someone who spent thousands of dollars on dental work a few years ago, I brush and floss after breakfast and before bed. I'll brush/floss during the day if I eat something that gets stuck between my teeth.

Haha yeah. I think it neutralizes the pH in your mouth. We always used to call toasted cheese sandwiches 'cheese dreams'. But then some say cheese is good for sleeping. Something to do with tryptophan.

I try to brush twice a day but my depression and laziness can sometimes push it off to once every other day

I also floss and use mouthwash and after two or so weeks of waiting I am back to whitening my teeth. The teeth whitening helps ensure I brush and floss.

There is a chemical in highly flavoured food like cheese and red wine that will give you weird dreams or nightmares. The exact chemical compound escapes me at the moment.

Brush my teeth twice a day. Trying to use warm salt to rinse my mouth after. That can be a hit or miss event.

Twice a day and from time to time I remember to floss but not regularly. I also clean my tongue twice a day.
