Stuck on slippery roads and going about ten miles an hour, I listened to a Terry Gross interview on Fresh Air with singer/songwriter Nellie McKay (I love public radio). By the end of her interview and her in studio performance I had fallen madly in love with her. I can't decide what I liked more, listening to her talk or listening to her perform. Where has the world been hiding this woman?

I'm afraid I have no choice but to show my new love by buying all of her albums. These are the crazy things love makes us do.

To hear the interview that stole my heart go here: http://www.npr.org/templates/story/s...oryId=16503513

Ah, young love.

My daughter has all her stuff and really likes her. I'm not that big a fan of her singing voice, and have yet to hear her in the interview.

But, Cyran0, in no way am I trying to rain on your parade. You rock on with your bad self!

Yes, as a couple pointed out, she is easy on the eyes. I've Fallen In Love

After coming down from the initial rush of unbridled infatuation, I've decided to execute some restraint and only download one album for now. The rest are on my xmas list.
