I can't afford the gym, and on the coast of Oregon it rains far too much to want to suit up and go for a walk or hike, but I've found an incredibly easy and free way to exercise....at-home Zumba! With the way our TV is set up I can access Youtube and the sky is the limit! I spent 45 minutes doing dance and Zumba exercises, and it's a lot of fun and a great workout--I was dripping sweat by the end of it.

So now I know that whenever my parents are out I can get my exercise in without disturbing them...from both the music and my dorky self-conscious dancing.

Woot woot!
