Things were looking pretty grim for me Thursday...

I am a federal government employee and our money was running out. I had a big complex thing happening this week... that was dreading ... and was expected to have another the next week and then..

Friday the gov't went back to work and that same day the thing that was happening got cancelled and now I just got word the other thing did.

My entire month now is free.. and I am back to work.

*** just sitting here hoping I can maintain this momentum***

Congratulations... enjoy the moment! Off-hand I can't think of anything quite like this recently. I did cancel my dentist appointment last week. I wasn't looking forward to going. And it was a relief not to have to.

I’m one of those people that has everything going for them yet still has anxiety and complains.

I have a really good job, very good family support, vacation plans and other plans, good health/am not overweight or unhealthy. My mental health is very stable.

But I just have this bad anxiety. I just can’t relax. Like I am really happy with how my life is going, just sometimes I get depressed about things. But mostly it’s the anxiety issue. You know what I mean?

Emily Fox I'm very happy for you. Every now and then things do seem to align, O Wonder Of Wonders.

I don't know if you're a Harry Potter fan, but if you are maybe you remember Felix Felicis? While the effects lasted everything would go your way.

Cheers....

A couple times... Like there was once I went on a 4-day vacation over a long weekend instead of studying extra for an exam and I still got a really good grade on the test. That counts, I think... I was stressing so hard over that exam and what to do about it. And it ended up that I did well. So, that was definitely a time when things went my way.
