Used to be young sick and alone - that was easier because the recovery was fast. The immune system ain’t what it used to be and just getting up is a challenge.... it’s another one of life’s long list of roadblocks.... whoa!!!!!

Is there anything we can do to help you? Please don't give up. Life can be enjoyed even when we feel "old". I think it's mostly a matter of our state of mind. So don't think you're too old to do something! Do you have any hobbies? What do you like to do in your free time? Perhaps you could start from there. Feel free to PM me anytime. Thanks everybody - whatever this is it’s knocking the crap out of me.... I really don’t feel like doing anything and it’s scary because before when I was sick I could get up and get around. The Doctor said it was “the crud” - I thought he was kidding but that’s actually a virus that goes around. Don’t get it - I coughed for three days and didn’t sleep which explains my mood. Problem is I have bills to pay and laundry and grocery shopping and on and on... like I said I used to be able to do this stuff when I was sick - I’m really down for the count on this one.... I do believe age is contributing..... thanks I have to lay down now....
