The universe says you must put yourself first you matter God loves you.God instructs you to go no contact with your narc sister and mother.Your whole life they have told you that your needs and feelings don't matter that their needs and feelings come first and you have to cater to them.So you buried your needs and feelings and lost touch with your inner self and lived to seek approval from your narc mother and sister.That has to stop your needs and feelings must come first from now on!

To not worry about next weeks therapy app it will be a good one, also i am a hard worker so there is no need to panic anymore. Shes a very nice therapist

Just because people in the past have been negative towards does not mean anything in my life right now. I have to start thinking more positive about myself and know im doing the best i can at this time

A universal dump on me .what was I thinking that things would be right when everyone EVERYONE was laughing behind my back.
Life hasn't sucked enough in the last few years but to find out this was all planned. There are not enough swear words to describe it. But I did find out where I fit. In that lovely little bin of loonies.
