There is nothing more helpful to a General Practitioner such as myself than some seriously good mental housekeeping: Such as reading, then a stroll along the windy beach and beachcombing, and bringing home some well seasoned drfiftwood for our fire. (Vacuum cleaner was made redundant for the day).
