I was just thinking of what I think is a concept in DBT (?)
Opposite action...
Doing the opposite of something that might not be healthy ...

I was thinking of hiding in my cave and going into isolation.......

But I’m doing the opposite.. chatting in some threads on here

Yeah, that's a DBT thing. You can find a bunch of good introductory material by simply typing "dbt opposite action" into a search engine. Worth reading, because there are a few important little subtleties. It's best if you can get guidance, but it might be hard to find some sort of DBT group in your forest.
