I am watching a tv program about the lives of extremely obese people, weighing 40 stone,560 pounds.
It helps me it is an incentive to stick to the diet, I never want to get that big. |

I am wrapped up warm on the sofa, I have the TV on it's The One Show and after that the soap EastEnders drama is on
I am interested to find out what happens , one of the characters was going to reveal to her enemy's husband that his wife had an affair with his daughter's boyfriend and the baby his wife is carrying isn't his. There was a race in cars to the airport to catch him and the character exposing the wife crashed her car. We don't know if she is alive or dead, we will find out tonight. I am looking forward to that. |

I am worrying and getting anxious about my diet and whether I am losing weight or not and I am tired and I don't want to be alone anymore and I don't want to do any heavy housework tomorrow so I might have a lazy day and do the bare minimum chores and just do some ironing and the laundry save the washing up for Sunday. I might dye my hair tomorrow. I feel sad, lonely and invisible, isolated and unloved. I am beating myself up for things I didn't achieve in my life.
