I Started keto today and I’m currently sitting on the couch with a stomach ache despite the fact I’ve only eaten 700 calories so far today. The stuff I ate was just very high in fat and protein so I’m very full. I’m also trying to figure out how to get the other 400 calories I need without barfing. I guess I’ll lose a lot of weight though.

Sitting in a waiting room waiting for my husband getting x ray done. He hurt his back so I’ve been driving him to doctors and imaging center and next to pharmacy. It’s raining so I am falling asleep every time I am sitting down
