I’m wearing pants that are two sizes smaller than the ones from yesterday so I feel a lot more comfortable because I’m not constantly pulling them up and they are not as baggy. Also the sun is shining and I don’t have to work and I have plans both today and Sunday. So I feel pretty good right now.

I am very happy.I had a good day out with my niece,she is fantastic company,she puts a smile on my face and we have such fun together.We saw the Captain Marvel film,ate at the pub,had ice creme at cremes and ended with a coffee at the cafe.We were celebrating my birthday,my niece bought me some beautiful flowers in a potted plant and some beauty cremes and a gift card.Really nice.I came home at 10pm tonight and now I am just chilling.Some concern about overeating because it is my birthday but apart from that anxiety I am glad to be alive and enjoying life.I feel good.

So hopeless and depressed and aimless. Alone. Not quite regret, but I don't know what about the neurofeedback... it's not helping. It's been almost 2 months, and it's not helping. And, even though I think the guy who offers it is smart and awesome and wants to help... I don't feel like we get to talk enough for him to really know me or understand what's going on. I'm struggling to figure out I'm supposed to tell him to have him help me. Just feel... so so sad and like there's no one that I can really compare notes with.

Ok, but feeling a bit peckish or under the weather with my ears hurting and feels like my ears are clogged up, maybe it’s allergies and unsure. Need lots of sleep and seem to be an insomniac sometimes.
