Can you name 5 good things that happened to you recently?

1) I made 60 soap sales!
2) I have been losing weight.
3) I've been learning to forgive myself.
4) I was hoping to buy lilies. I thought I would need to go to a florist, but I found them at my local supermarket. Yay! They weren't even that expensive.
5) My biotin pills have been working. My hair seems to be shinier.

1. I have been really active outdoors this summer, camping, hiking, paddling, etc (yay! this is a major feat for me)
2. I have lost a little weight (and been coming to grips with fact I will now always be overweight - but even a little makes me thrilled)
3. My dog is gaining confidence (we can get closer to other dogs and people are rarely a problem now)
4. I am learning to jump less to catastrophizing
5. My machine for sleep apnea is getting easier and less humiliating to use

1. Met a really nice boy who've I've been dating and it's all going well.
2. Had a lovely week in Greece and Turkey with my mum.
3. Moved into my own flat.
4. Started meds and counseling again.
5. The scars on my legs are looking a little better.

1. I am 20 months sober from alcohol
2. I am socialising way more with people off the internet
3. I have more confidence when im bike riding
4. I am more aware of what im eating and trying to eat more healthier
5. There is way less stress in my and husbands life now that we are making better life style choices.

2. I get to see my sis and her children this weekend.

4. I did some artwork last week (it's been a while...I realized I miss it)

I have porridge and the way I like it, with butter, loads of cinnamon and stevia sweetener.

A new friend will show up quite soon. I hope it will be a cool experience. I seem to make new friends easily of late.

I found out about some substances that might be useful for me.

My old cat is still with me, I love him so so much. I will try to make his last stretch in life as pleasant as possible. He is 18+.

The student that I was mentoring passed her class and now has a full high-school education.

-I've gotten very good at accomplishing goals that I set for myself, completing them by the deadline, and doing a good job.

-I'm finding it much easier these days to get up and get back into the swing of things, after something/someone has upset me. It doesn't hold me down for endless amounts of time the way it used to do.

-I'm feeling more sociable, and that's a really good thing.

-I know now that it's o.k. to take time for myself to heal and get through a depressive episode. It used to heap so much guilt onto my shoulders---it doesn't, anymore.

-Self-discipline (in just about every area) is coming easier and easier to me.

1. I told my T something difficult and now I feel a little better about having done so.
2. I'm going to Disneyland on Sunday.
3. Last night my hallucinations weren't as bad as the night before.

4. I'm going to watch a movie with a friend on Friday.
5. I cooked dinner last night and it was delicious.

1. I paid someone to cut my hair, and result was not terrible.

2. I've been getting a bit of exercise most days, and I've been enjoying it.

3. I walked over to my local grocery store for a couple of items and it was nice to see some familiar faces still working there.

4. I've had 3 decent night's sleep in the past week.

5. We had takeout, and it was nice to have a break from cooking and washing too many dishes.

1. The blood pressure med seems to be working, as my blood pressure was low this morning.

2. I'm getting along with my coworker (who can be difficult).

3. Just got back from a fun wedding in Nashville.

4. Was invited somewhere for Thanksgiving so didn't have to spend it alone.

5. My cat seems to like the weight management food I got him.

1. I had a canceled phone call so I didn't have to worry about using the phone (hate the phone)

2. I have gone 4 days now without snacking on junk (it's now friday, the last time I overdid it was monday)

3. I might have someone getting me a subscription to netflix (he's trying)

4. christmas music has started, so I'm listening to it most of the time now
5. our area is relatively free of covid and is not has badly hit as some areas

2. I got free tickets to a Dreambuilders Live 3 day workshop. It was great.
3. I got an opportunity to study with Eckhart Tolle.
4. I met my daughter half way to visit and brought Crumbl gourmet cookies. Delicious!

1. I rediscovered an awesome blog on self compassion and gratitude.

2. I had an excellent morning. I woke up at 6am, so I got more daylight. I did an engaging crossword puzzle. I ate healthy breakfast. Went to the gym w a friend. All was well w my life this morning.

1) My soap business did so well so far this month: I made over $400!

2) I've been doing well with my determination to drink 60oz of water every day.

3) My friend told me they love me. I said it back.

4) Every year, I participate in a secret Santa thing for kids. This year I was prepared and I ordered and had delivered their gifts well in advance. No cutting it close this year.

5) I have been losing weight.

1. Watched a great tv series over the weekend.

2. Although I'm not looking forward to more tests at the hospital, at least I didn't have to wait too long.

3. We had take out on the weekend, 3rd time in as many weekend. We, can't afford it, but gosh I need the break.

4. I made myself a fried egg sandwich for lunch, not had one of those in a long time.

5. My husband and my cat let me sleep in on Sunday.
