5/10 - I had lunch for breakfast: I nuked some cheeseburger sliders in the microwave, had a blueberry yogurt, and drank leftover (warm) Coca-Cola. I needed a quick fix, since I'm preoccupied with things around the apartment.

10/10 presently eating a bowl of groats (hulled kernels of oats and wheat) in the form of porridge with sliced pieces of fresh apple, banana and nectarine, all drizzled with lavender honey. Daughter made it, blesss her she's a better cook than I'll ever be!

Oh and fresh coffee, defs 11/10

2 warmed gigantic cinnamon rolls, little bit of butter. 12/10. Reward for my big workout yesterday.

@Access Denied--that sounds delish. Just curious, where do your early November nectarines hail from? I don't think we can get them anymore here. Once the last of summer is gone, the peaches and nectarines pretty much disappear. Perhaps there are places in Southern California and Texas where you can still get them, but definitely not up here.
