This may sound strange but I’ve always wanted to try Spam. I remember asking for it every time I would go to the grocery store as a kid but my mom wouldn’t buy it for me. I thought based on the picture on the can it was an actual cheeseburger in a can. 19 years later I’ve still never had it. I’m thinking of finally buying some.

You have try it sliced, fried then made into a sandwich using plain, cheap white bread. Not sure my adult body could tolerate it, but it was pure heaven when I was a kid.

Not always, but for the last few years...skydiving. For no other reason than to say I did it.

Spam is very popular in Hawaii. I like it. too.

I've always wanted to paint pictures. I took a part of an art class, but had to be hospitalized and didn't hear the watercolor section, which is what I wanted. Maybe I can be Grandma Moses yet!

Go to Denmark, Germany, France, and live in each place one year, immersed in the culture and forced to learn the language.

Something more realistic, includes going out of my comfort zone more and setting small goals. For example, speak at church in front of others and includes reading a prayer (this would be so nerve wracking, but church is a pretty decent place to do public speaking). Get more confidence when public speaking that includes speaking with force, inflection, and meaning so others find it interesting.

To me spam tastes like ham that is extra salty. As a kid I did really enjoy eating bologna sandwiches, but not as an adult.

I did actually just have the experience of sushi. I had wondered for years if it was good. What a disappointment. Yuck. I might as well make rice and roll it in a ball myself with some tasteless fish.

Spam.. I hadn't had it since I was a kid. Guess I was so hungry a few weeks back it looked appealing because it was on sale.... nope..... no way.... not again, extra salty and not what I thought.
Thanks for this!

We used to have fried Spam and eggs in the winter on super-cold days. Powered us through lots of shoveling, ice skating, and snow-fort-building!
I think we also used to have it chopped up with potatoes and onions in a hash browns kind of way. Mom used to call it "blizzard food", because it would stay in the cupboard and be super-handy if you couldn't get to a store. I still keep a can or two around in the Winter, for emergencies!

The thing I would love to try, since I've made some jewelry and have done a fair amount of metal working, is to try cloisonne' enameling. I could experiment with colors, and really flex my artistic/ jeweler's muscles. Whenever I see beautifully done work, it always sends a shiver up my spine.

This is like finding a magic lamp and rubbing it!

Am based in the UK and have just finished writing first novel. Based in a regional airline, it's about crew and their relationships, with some references to real-life events.

Looking for publisher who isn't going to charge the earth...….

DONT LAUGH: I have always wanted to play Bingo in a bingo hall. I bought the stuff from the dollar store and am trying to get my mom to agree to go with me.

I've played Bingo a few times - it is fun! I hope you do it.

Honestly, what I'd like to experience but never have is a day of true relaxation. Not feeling anxious inside, but to be calm about doing anything or nothing.

Actual scuba diving. I've been snorkeling, and that was really great. But scuba diving would check so many boxes for me.

They are coming out with pumpkin spice Spam for the holidays. That sounds like a fake product but unfortunately it’s real. It sounds gross.

I finally tried Spam today. It was actually pretty good but I have a headache now probably from all the sodium. I just ate it straight out of the tin with a fork.
