Lately I really haven’t been wanting to go to sleep but I’ve been going anyways. Like I wish I could just skip sleeping and go right to the next day. I’m not manic or depressed so I don’t think it’s a bipolar symptom. Just this restless feeling I’ve been having lately. I mean, I’ve been getting 8 hours. Just frustrated I have to sleep.

Crazy crazy crazy.
Stressed stressed stressed.
Like, the type of stress that feels like I might just explode. Just so much stress.

Car stuff. Replacing the 16 year old car that I have come to love. It's so stupidly hard. I don't want to get into it all yet, because my emotions are still very unsettled and I really do feel crazy around it. But going to pick up the new one tomorrow.

Hopefully it'll all settle down once I get the new one and start to feel more comfortable with it. But right now, I feel so... wildly unsettled in a way that I don't think makes sense. *cry*

Like my brain is about to explode, somewhat . . . not psychiatric in nature. Just mental strain.

Very sad. My online therapist asked a question about my support system. It was very triggering to answer cause my support system is crap.

I don't feel very well. For some reason, I am finding that my online T is upsetting me more than helping me.

I'm terribly cranky today regarding how my internship ended after 3 weeks. I'll get over it. But, I don't like how I was gaslighted. I think I have a chip on my shoulder about it.

I’m kind of annoyed for some reason. Also I’m worried about going to bed because I don’t want to wake up at 1AM and have trouble falling back asleep and then take my Geodon at 2AM and wonder at 1 in the afternoon why I have crippling anxiety that loads of Xanax isn’t helping.

Thanks, winter4me.

I'm tired today from the stress. Not loving the new car, and feeling like... on the one hand, I made a stupid expensive mistake, on the other hand, I needed to get *something* and this seemed as good as anything else. It's not like there's something else out there that I'm wishing for instead.

It is what it is, I guess, and I'll deal with it. Though, I'm already making plans to just trade it in at Carmax for something tiny and cheap if I still don't like it in... like 6 months or so.

I feel anxious this morning. I'm not feeling all that well physically and it's affecting my mood. I guess I could do with some more sleep.

Still kind of annoyed I woke up early but it’s not that early. The sun is starting to rise and I did sleep for 10 hours.
