How are you feeling right now #6?

I feel predictably unwell. I only got 2 hours of sleep last night, though I am not tired. I have some anxiety symptoms, as well as some gastro intestinal distress.

Glad to have a session on the phone in 1/2hr with my therapist. I hope it goes well and i can start feeling better

Deilla - Good for you (re: quitting vaping) - *hugs*. I hope you start to feel the good effects soon!

I'm just tired tonight. A little worried about my family - my sister hasn't responded to texts, she in an "essential" job so has to go out most days, I worry about her. My brother (who's homeless) called me last weekend and sounded OK but then tried to call back a couple times Monday, but I kept missing the call (I was working and in meetings on the other phone.) No more calls since then, so I hope he's OK.

I'm tired, but OK and glad it's Friday. Haven't really made a clear plan for what I'm going to get done this weekend yet though, and I need to, or I drift a bit.

Anxiety wise I’m a lot better then yesterday. My nausea is a lot better too although I still don’t have much of an appetite. My arm still hurts like hell though. I feel pretty good today though.
