don't know if one of my alters already posted this... but here goes...

my friend... has a friend.... that well is an inside kinda gal.. so really not into nature.. or nature walks...

she decided to go up north.. and in honor of her father... walk the trails that he used to when he was on this Earth... so on the trail she went..

she passed another lady.. tying her shoe and resting... and so she got up the path.. and she saw this "poor ugly looking baby deer" and she felt so sorry for the poor little bugger...cause well it was just so ugly and funny looking...

the deer was very friendly... and she had carrots in her pocket... so she started feeding it...

then the other lady caught up to her.. and said in "horror... what are you doing".... and the other lady.. just said she felt really sorry for the ugly little deer...

turns out it was a baby moose... and Yazza... feeding a baby moose... with Mom no doubt very close... very dangerous...

I laughed so hard.... wasn't laughing at the lady... just at the whole picture.. of the "ugly little deer"....

oh dear lord a moose! I can only imagine. A few years ago I was hiking on my farm and apparently got too close to a fawn and had a confrontation with a doe. You don't mess with mothers. I am glad your friend didn't get trampled.
