Check game pass games before you buy. I believe they have LEGO games on game pass. not the Harry Potter one tho. I think they might have wwe tho. It should be free to check. For like 14 dollars a month or less probably you can get xbox live plus game pass with hundreds of free games to play. And they are both new and old games.

if you have amazon prime, you can get 15% cash back on digital cards for the nintendo eShop. The deal expires July 5th, but you need an Amazon Prime card to claim the deal.

I bought the $99 donkey kong card. I should expect about $15 to be added to my prime account.

anyways, I also bought a new microSDXC. 512GB. I think my current one is like 128GB and I want to install Xenoblade 2, which is about 13GB. (Not enough space on my current card.)
Thanks for this!

Yeah. Part of me wishes I got a 512GB card initially, but I think my 128GB card cost me like $100 back in 2017, while the 512GB one cost more than the switch itself (at the time).

Did anyone see the PS5 reveal? Here: PS5 showcase recap: Everything you need to know – PlayStation.Blog

Some people really like its design, but... I think the design is unappealing. I prefer the look of the Xbox Series X. I'm not planning on buying either console yet because I have a huge PS4, Switch, and Xbox One X backlog.
Thanks for this!

GameStop has deal of the day where you can buy 2 used games for $15. You can also get I think 30% off 3 used games under $30, 40% off 4 used games under $30, or 50% off 5 games under $30.
Thanks for this!

I like both designs but I'll unlikely be getting either for a very long time, as I just bought an Xbox One X like a month ago. I also have a huge backlog for Switch and Xbox

Yeah. I probably won't be getting either PS5 or Xbox Series X until they announce a "Slim" version or a "Pro" version. These companies always come out with better hardware like 3 years into the console's life, and there is usually a price cut involved with the "slimmer" versions. Plus, the economy is crap and will take years to recover according to analysts, so I expect a price cut at some point, possibly even 1 year into the console's life because many cannot afford the leaked Target price ($399 for the discless version).

The Darkest Dungeon.

I've been hooked on the game the past few weeks. It's a turn based rogue-lite Lovecraftian dungeon explorer. It has great gameplay mechanics and presentation. The Narrator is Wayne June, voice actor for the H.P Lovecraft books!

What I find fascinating about the game is that the heroes that explore the dungeons are portrayed as real flawed human beings. The game has stress mechanics where by the heroes become stressed out as they explore the dungeons and combat terrifying monsters. There are consequences for the heroes, if someone gets too stressed they can become afflicted, they might become paranoid or hopeless or various other afflictions. They might refuse orders or yell at the party and increase other people's stress levels. Heroes can develop positive and negative quirks that make them act out in unpredictable ways. When you're back in town you can send them to the tavern or abbey to destress, but they might disappear for a few weeks or lose treasure gambling.

It's a refreshing take on the hero image we so often see in video games and movies. Heroes are just people, and people suffer from the hardships of life and cause them to behave in unpredictable ways. I'm so happy these game developers have made this game with such an emphasis on the humanity of heroes. Firefighters, EMTs and soldiers are praised as heroes in our society, but so often we overlook the humanity, the suffering and the life long afflictions their work can cause them. This game respects that reality and I'm thankful it exists.

Are all switches still out of stock? I haven't been paying attention.

I just know that Japan and China have pretty much cut ties with us temporarily. They don't want to ship here for obvious reasons. That's why most shipping costs are $25+ for even small items (because DHL and FedEx are pretty much the only ones shipping). It is frustrating because I do buy stuff from japan/China a lot.

That sounds like fun. I'm a fan of H.P Lovecraft and play a lot of RPG card games like Arkham Horror. I'll definitely have to play that videogame sometime
