My portable Nintendo Switch charger and new joycons will be here between Friday and next Monday. After that I can get back to playing Zelda BOTW, since the joycon drift won't screw me over in the games anymore and I can play for much longer with the portable charger

I went on another villager replacement hunt last night. After seeing another horse (Colton - was tempted as I liked the superhero vibe he had going on, but ultimately decided against him) and two chickens, I found Marshall! This is after I spent about 3 years printing 9 tickets, but never mind.

I had someone from an Animal Crossing forum I'm a member of visit my island because I put up a thread requesting certain variations of items and that I'd pay bells for them, they had all of what I was looking for, gave them to me and said I didn't need to pay anything

So I played DIsco Elysium on my PC this weekend. It's a quirky RPG that's perfect for me. It's like an eccentric writer got bored and was paid to make the wackiest video game they could think of. It's on STEAM. Newtus, you might really appreciate this weird game, the writing in it his hilarious. Its not about action but storyline. = ) It's the first game that has caught my attention in 5 years.

I think I’m going to have to take a loss on my turnips this week. If they’re not a decent price today I’ve had it lol. I also did a treasure hunt last night initiated by Jacques, but only found it after time ran out. I was just assuming it would automatically disappear.
Jolly Redd was moored up yesterday, too. I suspect I already have the Jolly painting, but aside from a fake left half painting, he didn’t have anything I hadn’t seen before.
I wonder also, can villagers send you genuine pieces? I got a fake Rosetta Stone from Papi once lol.

I've gotten fakes from villagers before but one time recently I got something genuine from them and was able to donate it to the museum

Taking a big loss on turnips tonight. I paid 107 bells each, they never got above that and today they were 50 bells each. And my Jolly painting was apparently a fake (or at least, I’d already donated it).

Turnips are 109 each in my town right now if anyone wants to visit and buy some, and I bought over $200,000 bells worth so if any of you have good prices to sell them for at Nooks Cranny during the week let me know if I can come over and sell mine, and I'll let you all know my prices at Nooks Cranny during the week too in case you want to come to my island and sell yours
