did you love them. did you hate them. did you have a favorite. was their something you wished they never served up.

I personally hated school dinners most of the time. most of the time they would serve a main meal with an alternative (and the alternative would always be baked potato, which I hated)

from monday to thursday I would usually bring some candy to school and have it in the breaktime (it still didn't fill me up, but it was better than what they served)

friday was always fish and chip day, and to be fair to the school, they didn't do so bad at that. only time in the week I'd actually eat what's on my plate

worst meal they served up was pasta bake. I never liked that

bbest meal was probably fish and chips, that said: their lamb cutlets were nice too.

and when they did it sausage rolls

When I was in residential the first place I was at did these birthday dinners where you got to pick whatever you wanted for dinner. However many things you wanted. I remember picking Nacho cheese Doritos, cheese fries, I think cheese sticks, and then chocolate cheesecake as my birthday cake.

And then some guy picked tuna everything for his birthday dinner and everyone was complaining that it was the worst birthday dinner ever.

Our school always did christmas dinner on the day we broke up for the christmas holidays

dry turkey, roast potatoes, veg, and 1 cracker each

I was always upset that they didn't do pigs in blankets or yorkshire puddings (my 2 favorite things to have with a roast dinner)
