I eat whenever I have TIME to fix myself food to eat.

Depends on when I start my day 6:30-8am. Coffee while getting the feed ready for my horse, dogs breakfast, cat & fish. Then I head to the barn. If I get back early then I may fix breakfast for myself....or if later, brunch, lunch or a late lunch. If late lunch it is usually my dinner. Once in a while I am in the mood for grilling & that can be any time opening-night. Daily schedules have never been my thing even during my career.

I eat whenever I feel like it. I just try to stay at a certain amount of calories and I always try to leave enough calories for dinner so I don’t end up going crazy. But lately I’ve been drinking a Coke or Mountain Dew in the middle of the night. Then I go get coffee at 8. Then lunch at 11. Then a snack at 1. Then dinner either at 4 or 5.

I usually eat breakfast around 6 or 7 am. Then I have lunch around noon with dinner around 4 or 5 pm. I often snack around midnight.

Lol....last night I ate my main meal at 2am. I was exhausted when I got home from the barn after dark. Started fixing my jalepeno poppers (peppers fresh from a friends garden) sat down for a few minutes & fell asleep. Then a storm came up & had to get my horse into the barn. Finally got dinner grilled on my BBQ at 2am. It was yummy.....nice to be totally flexible

My schedule is the evening /late night shift! So I do not have a breakfast. I just have water for the first while, and then coffee or tea if needed.
"Lunch" is eaten at 6, when most people are having dinner.
"Dinner" is usually something quick and light around midnight.

I am generally consistent with the times I eat. Dinners have become earlier since my husband started working from home. I take my medications with breakfast and dinner, so consistency is important for me.

B: 6:45 or 7 am (even on weekends, with rare exceptions)

L: 12 noon to 12:30 pm

D: 6 pm (used to be 7 or 7:15 pm when Hubby worked at the office)

I usually have a couple snacks, as well. They may include an espresso a bit after lunch, possibly a dessert after dinner, and something later at night just before I go to sleep, or if I wake up in the middle of the night. My late night snack is usually a low calorie yogurt or something crunchy.
Thanks for this!
