[QUOTE I haven't been crafting, except for my writing. However, there is a crochet group I belong to on Facebook that is full of kind, creative ladies who pool their talents to make some hand crocheted items to be sent to hospitals for premies and newborn infants. The lady who started it lost her baby and this is what she does. Her generosity astounds me! That group is a peaceful, loving place to be. I give thanks a good friend of mine introduced it to me.[/QUOTE]

So glad you've found this place on Facebook and glad to see you back. I've wondered how you've been doing, Happy.

I also see you've added a little to your name.

@Mopey

Thank you! That is sweet of you to say! Yes, I added to my name! That little 5 letter word is important because I have worked hard to maintain it! LOL

Honestly, I had no idea so many of you would miss me! I needed the break and worked hard to resolve fears that bother me. I think I can safely say I have made a decent amount of progress. I feel good and am tackling my overeating problems. xoxoxoxox

@happysobercrafter In the beginning of the pandemic, I tried learning to crochet, but I didn't continue with it. I absolutely love the granny squares. I'm pretty taken with them and their colors. Maybe another time I will try again.

Sorry I can't see a silver lining here. The pharmacy is closed until Fri. Meanwhile I can't get my antidepressant.

Hi, HC, Great to see you again, and so glad to hear you're feeling better. That's always wonderful news.

Do you mind me asking, What would you say has been the most helpful thing in dealing with/reducing your anxiety? I know we would all benefit from it.

I can and mean it. I 'm coping. Because of COVID practically nothing is open except for essential businesses such as pharmacies and supermarkets. Even so I just started online grocery shopping. Yesterday good talk with a woman friend whose in a mursing home. Glad vaccine will be given to nursing home clients later in Dec.
