I hope all are well; I no longer feel the anxiety I felt when I had to stay away.

During that time, I continued to hammer away at my emotional wounds and I think I am doing nicely! I feel stronger and more confident.

I want to tell you that I've taken up weaving. Something I've wanted to do since I was a teen. So I got a fairly small loom and I'm doing it! I find the weaving process relaxing.

Are you doing any crafts these days?

WOW! That sounds incredibly cool!! I have never done any weaving! What is it like? Is it very complicated?

I haven't been crafting, except for my writing. However, there is a crochet group I belong to on Facebook that is full of kind, creative ladies who pool their talents to make some hand crocheted items to be sent to hospitals for premies and newborn infants. The lady who started it lost her baby and this is what she does. Her generosity astounds me! That group is a peaceful, loving place to be. I give thanks a good friend of mine introduced it to me.

Hi Happysobercrafter I'm happy you're back here. I'm doing well. Worked on a couple drawings of women's faces and mostly on the net. Good convo with my sister , male friend and woman friend.

@Cheryl27 My break did me a world of good! I work hard to get better and seeing the benefits plus seeing how I manage now as opposed to how I once did and how I manage now. Not stellar, but much better!

Have you ever tried crocheting? I see oodles of knit stitches and they are so beautiful!! I can crochet easily, but when I knit I have to be sitting in a chair with arm supports.
