I'm sorry, Lizardlady, I'll have to think harder about the ornament I could add to your tree

Anyone else up for watching It's A Wonderful LIfe? A Charlie Brown Christmas?

What's your favourite holiday movie or special?
Christmas story and Elf!

Put up whatever you like on the top Nammu ooh, or we could put up a "magical" topper. It will take the form of whatever one's preference is, so it'll look different to everyone.

Elf is a good movie!

I haven't seen Its a Wonderful Life in a long time. I'm gonna have to see if I can watch it tonight or tomorrow on tv.

I’ve watched almost 3 Christmas movies today. Saw the last half of Star, with the donkey. Rewatched the polar express. And just now saw the newest Grinch movie.

Home Alone was on tv the other night, I hadn't seen it since it came out in 1990. I really enjoyed it, it's held up well I thought.

I love Home Alone too!

I'll add my ornament, it's a heart that someone special made for me.

Christmas morning now, just been for an early jog, a few of us joggers/dog walkers wishing each other Merry Christmas.

Those are good biscuits Beaflower!

Christmas mornings from my past were so fun. I’d wake up first, excited naturally, and there’d be a mountain of gifts to be opened by the whole family. We’d spend hours eating, drinking, opening them (many were gag gifts), and laughing. Those were great memories from my childhood.

Merry Christmas!

Santa doesn't appear to have visited me. Could be the lack of a chimney. Or maybe I've been naughty...

IRL I'm fixing a small roast leg of lamb for myself. For our virtual dinner I'll contribute a never ending roast!

Hope everyone is okay and had a nice restful Christmas.

Popping by with left overs today, for a chilled out Boxing day. How about I fry up a batch of bubble and squeak for brunch? Or there is some of the never ending roast for cold cuts and sandwiches.

Oo I’d love a roast sandwich. Thank you. Had a pretty laid back holiday. Mum nephew dropped off more cookies so we have cookies coming out of our ears. Plenty of leftover turkey too. Mum and I are just hanging out around the tree. There’s nothing on tv so we’re just reading.

I love a nice low-key stay at home Boxing Day. Bubble and squeak sounds perfect.
