I am almost three weeks smoke free, and I've been exercising to help strengthen my lungs and help them heal...I can already feel improvements AND I hardly ever cough anymore!

What is something you are proud of that happened recently?

Congrats! I wish you all the luck with that.
I recently decided in the interest of losing weight, I was going to cut out boxed meals and lots of processed food and so far it's going good.

I went for a 30 minute walk despite an incoming storm...made it back to the house just before it really started pouring!

Congratulations! Becoming smoke-free is a big deal. I vape and I've tried to quit. I know it's hard. So good for you!

I'm proud of my new lifestyle. I've gone vegan with little to no fats. It's been hard. I started almost 2 weeks ago. I struggle with cheese. That one is hard to give up but yesterday I threw out my slices of cheese. I didn't want them to tempt me anymore. It's difficult to throw food away, but it was best.

Got my master’s degree in Church Ministries; Im happy about it but didn’t tell most of my family. Because I didn’t want them to think I’m better then them. To a degree I have mixed feelings about it; I got it late in life and feel it’s useless. I wanna cry Name something you're proud of... now because I feel my physical struggles prevent me really using it. Name something you're proud of...Name something you're proud of...Name something you're proud of...

Reached a total of walking just over 400 miles this year...

Some days I didn't walk very far/long and some days I didn't get out at all, but I try to walk as much as I can for the sake of just getting out, and also the exercise and to try and build up my endurance with my back pain.

I'm proud of my daughter, son, and daughter-in-law. They're 3 people doing really well with their lives and giving positivity to our world.

I'm proud of the way I can still power through my days and evenings, even sometimes when I feel challenged by lots of pain, and of course, by mental obstacles.

I am managing everything now with OTC medications, but I know that at some point my doctor will have to be helping me with it all. I now have chronic and very debilitating pain at times (back, hips, knees, and feet are all affected).

I feel a lot of compassion for anybody dealing with any chronic pain issues.
