Will you be alone for Thanksgiving?

I don't keep tabs on whether my neighbors leave the house or not. It's not really any of my business. I would be surprised if they were watching me and wondering why I'm home on Thanksgiving.

I did get up early to delivery some Thanksgiving meals to people less fortunate than I am. That was a good start to the day. Now I'm just going to relax with the cat.

Yes I'm alone but I'm with my cat so it's not so bad

Alone with my dogs and we're feeling really stuffed at the moment. A good kind of stuffed. Might need a nap.

I'm going to see my parents for a little while, for dinner.


I didn't plan what I'd do or how I'd cope for the holidays, let alone Thanksgiving. You guys have inspired me to embrace the alone. Maybe do some decluttering myself.

It’s interesting how people who are alone, wish they have others around. And those who have family around for holidays, often wish they could be alone. Just kind of tells you to embrace whatever we have. Or maybe people are just never satisfied with what’s they have lol no matter what we have, we wish we had something else

As about holidays as I got older I don’t care about holidays one way or the other. I do care that I am off work for few days though. That was very much needed.
