Willow, please stop focusing on negative "what ifs". It won't have any impact on things that might not even happen and makes you miserable.

I'm slightly under the weather. Its the same throat stuff thats been going on. I have a couple thyroid nodules that I had a biopsy on last summer and they were benigin, but for awhile I've been getting this sore throat at night when I lie down. Now I have a prominent cough and my voice is hoarse. I had a dream last night where I needed my tonsils out so I'm guessing my throat was bugging me in my sleep too. My mom said "maybe it is your tonsils." I'm just worn out again too but not really anxious or depressed.

I started my first dose of Britellex my new anti depressant last night. Here’s hoping it works …. I’m currently on efexor and it hasn’t done much besides cause weight gain which is not what I need.

I go back to work full time tomorrow after having been part time for 2 years. I’m so nervous.

I'm good. I had a good day starting in the AM. We are getting some snow, but I'm glad I got home okay. There were a lot of accidents on the road
Now I'm listening to music and drinking some hot cocoa.

Definitely hanging in there. Sadness mixed with patient hope, & I did some extra things today.

I felt decent when I woke up. I took an Advil for my throat. I wasn't coughing much. I went for my 3 month blood work around 8. I was feeling kinda sick, like nauseated wise. but I drank a big half sweet/half unsweet tea from Sonic and it made me feel better. Currently I'm freezing under 2 blankets and I have a hoodie and a hat on. My temp is 96.4. So idk if the heat is broken or something. I'm craving peanut butter but I'm not really hungry for actual food. I'm not in bed at least right now. I'm in the family room watching room TV.

Home now from the vets, Willows had a injection, they said it could be hormone things, if the injection doesnt work they said they will do a blood test

Not sure yet what will happen if it is her hormones, it might explain her moodiness if it is hormones?

Not my best but I'm trying to follow a plan, & hoping to alleviate stress & apprehension.

I’m doing okay, I’m hopeful about a new medication I’m on which isn’t giving side effects so far.

I just had a nice dinner and that’s left me feeling in a good mood.

I was doing ok but now I'm lying in bed. I've been up since midnight and not hungry but hungry at the same time. Its like my hunger signals are broken and its pissing everyone off and also concerning everyone too since I won't eat much anymore.

Today I've been so tired and lacking energy. I took a 1.5 hour nap late this afternoon. My mom said my voice sounded weak. This is gross, so I'm sorry. My doctor said when you blow your nose the color depends on if your sick or not. Clear means you are fine. Mine was red brown and yellow. I've been waiting for my bloodwork results to come in and I see my doctor on Friday. So I'm just trying to hold off.

Besides all that, my sister and all 3 of her kids have been here since last night because of a really messed up broken basement water pipe my brother in law has been dealing with. The kids have been fine though. But I've mostly been in my room.

I can't say I'm doing wonderful today, but I sure am grateful for a lot of things. So I guess I am ok.
