Not my best but I'm trying to follow a plan, & hoping to alleviate stress & apprehension.

I’m doing okay, I’m hopeful about a new medication I’m on which isn’t giving side effects so far.

I just had a nice dinner and that’s left me feeling in a good mood.

I was doing ok but now I'm lying in bed. I've been up since midnight and not hungry but hungry at the same time. Its like my hunger signals are broken and its pissing everyone off and also concerning everyone too since I won't eat much anymore.

Today I've been so tired and lacking energy. I took a 1.5 hour nap late this afternoon. My mom said my voice sounded weak. This is gross, so I'm sorry. My doctor said when you blow your nose the color depends on if your sick or not. Clear means you are fine. Mine was red brown and yellow. I've been waiting for my bloodwork results to come in and I see my doctor on Friday. So I'm just trying to hold off.

Besides all that, my sister and all 3 of her kids have been here since last night because of a really messed up broken basement water pipe my brother in law has been dealing with. The kids have been fine though. But I've mostly been in my room.

I can't say I'm doing wonderful today, but I sure am grateful for a lot of things. So I guess I am ok.

Same as yesterday pretty much. Lacking energy. Napping. Family still over. I have monster nausea from a med reaction. My mom is sick. Caught something or another from my sister. I just don't feel good. I'm trying really hard to wait until my doctors appointment on Friday to talk to someone about this.

Mountaindewed,

Would it be possible to fix yourself some light soups/ broths, to keep you hydrated, and keep your electrolytes up, 'til you see the doc? Low-sodium choices are best, if possible. Also, juices that contain Vitamin C.

I'm not a physician, but you might have a sinus infection. Low energy, no energy, icky mucous, sore throat, no appetite, headaches, body aches---all very familiar to me.

Whatever it is, I hope you'll be alright.

----------------------------------------------------------------

I'm doing well. Making some progress on the home office. It feels great.

I've been drinking mini bottles of gatorade today. Its been helping. I might have some broth somewhere and I have a can of low sodium chicken noodle soup.

I've been there. I think of my memory like an attic where the good memories are on the walls and the bad ones are buried in a trunk. The memories of my being suicidal are in the trunk, but I did have a great experience in hospital. Hugs to you

Checking in: how are you? Toxic Nostalgia in Dreams

I deeply wish I had chosen a career back when I was in university, by taking a different major or doing grad school. Certain things prevented me from having the ability to choose wisely, and I normally don't dwell on it... but what am I supposed to do when I'm swamped with dreams of those days? I hate it.

I’ve been tutoring for the last year due to severe depression. On Monday I will be teaching my first class in a year! I’m nervous. It’s a big jump.

I got to my doctor. He is going to check my vitamin D level. I never fully woke up today. This fatigue still sucks. I had Gatorade and soup again today.
