A bit on the low side. Really upset about my weight and my thyroid issues. I gained 50 pounds since my surgery; I really regret I even did it. I feel so blown up and disgusting. I really hate myself today, on a level I can't even begin to describe.

I don't feel good at all right now and they are playing the song that I hear every time I am sick. I even heard it at immediate care one time. It haunts me or something. Idk I started getting these cramps last night. I went to the bathroom a lot twice this afternoon. I'm throwing up a bit but not much.

At least people at the bbq know I'm being legit

Great! Just got my injection of Invega and feeling like it's already working in my system. I feel perfect. I cannot wait for this day to be more or less normal since that is what I look forward to.....nothing disturbing me really

I haven't been too hungry today and my energy levels have been fine. I think lowering my Geodon was a good idea. I was sick for a couple hours but right now I just feel a bit dehydrated.

I feel pretty good today. I only threw up once early this morning. My stomach is pretty calm. I had some bad heartburn but I took 4 tums and its been fine since. My anxiety is fine. I went out shopping and I had no issue.

It's all ok. Wave of fatigue earlier today and fell asleep at 5PM. No apparent reason. Slept until 1:00AM. Curious. Will help in re-aligning my sleep schedule though. [I'm hoping]
