I am quiet well at the moment. I have decided to shut my facebook and Instagram accounts as I don't really know anyone there. I have 30 days to change my mind apparently. 😇

I'm relaxing too much. I feel a little squeamish everyday but I hardly tell anyone.
Dictionary.com's 3rd definition excessively particular or scrupulous as to the moral aspect of things. and pointedly a muted fussy about the same things over and over again. Are these habits? Obsessive thoughts?

really bad.
only person in my neighbourhood without chocolate eggs, and that sucked no end no one to wish me happy easter, or a good day, also sucked and we're in april and I'm absolutely clueless what to do with my life. so yeah |

I didn't sleep well at all last night and it's throwing me off. I am trying to stay in the now and be thankful for today, but I am miserable and am in my feelings.

I'm out of state and I think I may have a UTI. So I'm going to get one of those at home tests from Walgreens so I can avoid going to an immediate care thats not my own.

Very sad. My dog died unexpectedly yesterday.
Also very sorry from digging a hole big enough for a 70 pound dog so I could bury him at home. |

Managed to get out for my walk. Not been feeling like it much lately. 5.5 miles so tonight was a good one.

I am feeling confident in my decisions and in my future decisions, I am feeling like I am being conscientious since I am starting to weigh in what I do want to happen including all the frill that normally goes on in deciding all these things.

I feel fine mental health wise, but this heat is getting to me and I know one of my meds tells me to be careful in the heat and I haven't really been doing that today. The UTI test was negative but my stomach still feels funky so I'm just assuming its just the heat.
