Are you dehydrated i.e., not drinking enough water? I saw your note about metformin and topamax. If i get dehydrated it really does tire me out. I am not a water gulper but sometimes i do and i surprise myself. Im like oops must have been skipping my water!

Oops i read that as your lower blood pressure number being 67, not your pulse. I dont see anything wrong with your pulse rate. But people usyally report blood pressure as a pair of numbers, x over y - systolic over diastolic. 129 by itself is hard to interpret, if not impossible.

Those little foam earplugs are really great for reducing noise, nonightowl. I even used them for sleeping at one point. Transported into a realm of silence where the only sound was the sound of your breathing. Aaah.

I use silicone earplugs which are way better than foam. I sleep in them daily so it wouldn't be comfortable to wear them during the day, unless it's briefly. They block most noise but I never get total silence unless it's the middle of the night.

They are constructing new buildings around here, one just a block away.

I'll just have to suffer. My only consolation is my d a m n upstairs neighbor will get a taste of what I put up from him everyday. I can hear the guys on the roof even though it's 2 floors above me. When they did it the first time, I could hear their voices through the heater ducts. Not what they were saying but I heard muffled voices.

Yeah i was thinking about you when i heard the news. I really liked his sitcom. He had the best ensemble cast. And i like the changes theyve made to Price, with boy models and the girls wearing regular clothes sometimes, not always short sequin jobs!.

He really did. Nobody.makes me laugh harder or louder than Drew; like, one time I nearly wet my bed from laughing so hard.

…but he’s also the nicest man in the world. I mean, he once gave someone the keys to his own Miata after finding out they didn’t even have a car.

Sorry to hear....Heat usually soothes cramps, not cause them. But then everyone's body is different in how it responds to things too.

I don't know which "check in" thread to follow, as it seems some threads people stop posting in, while new ones pop up. It's like being in line at checkout, only to see the other lines are moving faster. It's a great idea, the check in, but which thread to follow? I want to keep up with just one thread, not 5!
